Description
Mule Deer in the Rocky Mountains is an acrylic painting on a 22×28 inch stretched canvas. It depicts a beautiful evening scene of a mule deer in southern Alberta, Canada. In the background, you can see Chief Mountain, a famous mountain in the area that is actually in Montana, U.S.A. but can be seen the best from southern Alberta. The thick sagebrush surrounds the legs of the deer and can be seen on the hill behind the deer.
The overlapping canvas border is painted black to frame in the painting (not shown in the photo above).
